1. Introduction

2. User Eligibility (18+ Policy)

Access to BDG Win services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you warrant that:

• You are not a resident of any restricted state/territory (e.g., Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam) where online gaming is prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Security

One Account Policy: Users are permitted to have only ONE account per person, per mobile number, and per device. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to abuse bonuses is a violation of our terms and will result in a permanent ban.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Password/OTP). BDG Win is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonuses

Deposits: All deposits must be made through authorized payment channels (UPI/USDT). We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect bank accounts.

Withdrawals:
• Minimum withdrawal limit is ₹110.
• Users must complete a 1x Wagering Requirement (Turnover) of their deposited amount before withdrawing. This is to prevent money laundering.

Bonuses: Any “Sign-up Bonus” or “Agent Salary” is a promotional offer and can be revoked if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account suspension and freezing of funds:

• Using VPNs, Proxies, or Bots to access the platform.
• Using “Prediction Mods” or hacking software.
• Collusion (Betting on both sides – Red/Green simultaneously) to meet turnover requirements.
• Abusing the referral system by creating fake subordinate accounts.

6. Termination of Service

BDG Win reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms. In cases of fraud, all remaining balances in the account will be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Participation in online gaming involves a risk of losing money. bdglogin.app shall not be held liable for:

• Financial losses incurred during gameplay.
• Technical glitches, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Delays in banking transactions caused by third-party payment gateways.

You acknowledge that you are playing voluntarily and at your own risk.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance of the new terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
